Vikram Kuriyan

Dr. Kuriyan is Chairman at GWA. Previously, he was Chairman of the Global Asset Allocation committee and global head of Quantitative Strategies at Bank of America’s asset management division. His unit managed over $30 billion of client assets across a multiplicity of strategies. Dr Kuriyan is also a faculty member and founder of the Investment Laboratory at the Indian School of Business. Dr Kuriyan earned his PhD at Harvard University where he specialized in capital markets, spent a year in the MBA program at the Harvard Business School and received a Masters degree in Engineering Science from Harvard University. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been an adviser and portfolio manager to some of the worlds’ largest sovereign wealth funds. He has also advised the Securities and Exchange Board of India.  He is an independent director at TVS Capital Funds and a trustee of the CFA Institute Research Foundation.
